Yeah~ Its Chef Zhou Period...
This week, Cheese Tarts... Yum Yum~~~

After eating the cheese tarts(forgot the name of the shop) in JB few weeks ago, had the craving to eat it again, but i cant go so far just to eat those tarts, so... i made them myself!!!
Went to get all the ingredients in the early afternoon at a pastry shop near sim lim square, stayed there for at least 30 mins, cant figure out or cant even find the required ingredients like unsweetened chocolate, powdered sugar... They do have another term to call, just that im not sure...

Feedback from people who ate them, not bad as a whole, but too watery, too much whipping cream i supposed, the original(white) tart is too sweet... other than that, GOOD... yummy... Hahaha~

made a total of 60 tarts, spread my "love" around... my japanese neighbour, my grandmother, my besties and my family...

Oh ya, an answer to why is it so sweet... cos of its name... i call my tarts, sweet sweet love... HAHAHAHAHA~~~

will try other things when i got the time...
